		      Boston Area GNU Party !!!


Who: People who like or work on the GNU system.  Perhaps you.

What: A GNU party at 545 Tech Square.  With food, music, and filking.

When: Saturday 28 January 95 from 3pm to 7pm and beyond.

Where: 6th floor lounge, 545 Technology Square (aka 545 Main Street
	and MIT Building NE43), Cambridge, MA.  MIT/Kendall on the Red
	Line is the nearest MBTA subway station.
	
Why: To have fun and get to know other people who use and work on GNU.


Please bring:

* Musical instruments. (ie. drums, flutes, and anything that makes a
noise) and other suitable toys for playing inside.

* Frisbies and other suitable toys for playing outside (in the snow?)

* CDs and tapes to play.

* Food and drink.  Please bring something you'd like to share with
other people.  If you can, choose the type of item according to the
following scheme.  If your last name starts:
	- with A through E, bring cooked or fresh veggies or salad.
	- with F through L, bring some munchies, dips, crackers, or bread.
	- with M through P, bring dessert, candy or something sweet.
	- with Q through Z, bring 2 quarts or liters of a 
	  non-alcoholic beverage.
	- with anything else, bring some exotic foreign edible.
	- with nothing, surprise us further by bringing something surprising.

Note: tabouli containing more cracked wheat than parsley is strictly
forbidden!
