Hilary Rosen, President and CEO RIAA Statement Concerning MyMP3.com Judgment

Washington, DC - April 28, 2000 - RIAA, today, was granted summary judgement in its suit against MyMP3.com.

"We are pleased with the court's decision today," said Hilary Rosen, President and CEO of the Recording Industry Association of America.

The ruling was made by Judge Jed Rakoff in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. A written opinion was not available at the time of decision.
