Well everyone, today, this October 9th, we moved out of our humble abode that was Suite H-2 on South Main St. We packed our things and headed on downstairs to the new and improved (and much much larger) Suite B. Our little 300 sq ft. room was too small since this week begins our AJAX training program for interns. It was quite sad at first since this little room was Grooveshark’s very first tiny headquarters. Rest in peace suite H-2, you shall be missed.

On the contrary, the new office is much larger and can now accomodate all the team members necessary for our rapid expansion. We have four rooms now, one which will act as the barracks for the AJAX trainees for the next two weeks. Here we’ll make them AJAX programming machines! (apparently the only ones in Gainesville) No head shaving required!

As far as business news, many pieces of Grooveshark have been coming together and the countdown to lift-off is underway. Today marks 57 days left until we have all these pieces in place. Seung Jin is back from his vacation…I mean business trip in Hotlanta (Atlanta) where he began to spread the word about Grooveshark among music industry pros. He’ll be posting soon on how that trip went. Until then, Bite on!
