Logo *is* our logo- check the logo set Andres sent to everyone.

The logo is EXACTLY the same as the "old site" one. Regular Arial font. Check the PSD if you'd like.

V12 actually has this entire design as a scalable setup, so that blank area doesn't look out of place at all- you'll probably see it later today.

The beta sticker is over there to keep our strong color distribution down- remember how the first few versions looked like something designed for toddlers?
Logically and literally speaking, it's a link and promotion for the register page- so it doesn't matter if it's nailed to the login box or not- in fact I'd have to say it's much more tied to our quickie promotion box at the top there.
