I have seen bits and pieces of threads here that talk about
being able to run the SCO version of WP on LINUX. Does this
really work? Is it "seamless"? i.e. does it work exactly
right or are there all sorts of kludgey work-arounds required?
---> Will it run under XFree86 (I don't mean in a window, I mean
the full X version of WP)? Will it run on the latest 1.1.x kernels?

I'd like to take this big step towards DOS-independence if this
will really work.

Thanks
bill

I haven't got the start of this thread so not quite sure what it is about.
but a simple question, will wordperfect for unix/x work with linux/xfree? i
presume there is no reason why it shouldn't...

You need the iBCS emulator from tsx-11.mit.edu:/pub/linux/ALPHA/ibcs2
