[ Moderator's note: I quite concur with Bruce. --liw ]

"The Times", a respected British newspaper, published an article that
was offensively critical of Linux in its Sunday edition.

I urge Linux users and developers to _not_ respond to this article.

When you're in a fight with an idiot, it's difficult for other people to
tell which one the idiot is.

	Thanks

[ Moderator's note: I concur with Alan as well. Please don't overreact. --liw ]

I lot of people will by now have seen the extremely unpleasant and
inaccurate article on Linux in the Sunday Times newspaper

but can I ask that people send sensible comments and corrections to
editor@the-times.co.uk, and David Hewson < an77@dial.pipex.net> the
"journalist" who wrote the article and refrain from rants and core dumps or
otherwise doing anything else to give us a bad name.

		       SCO Files Lawsuit Against IBM

March 7, 2003 - The SCO Group filed legal action against IBM in the State
Court of Utah for trade secrets misappropriation, tortious interference,
unfair competition and breach of contract. The complaint alleges that IBM
made concentrated efforts to improperly destroy the economic value of
UNIX, particularly UNIX on Intel, to benefit IBM's Linux services
business. See SCO vs IBM.
