HACK - Add additional key that was posted

Subject: [Livid-dev] Updates to css-cat

As you would have seen from the CVS postings I've made some updates, and
tagged three versions in the CVS archive - these aren't on my web site
yet.

Ver-0_5 Simply has the orginal bug fixed in AC3 extraction.
Ver-0_6 Is how I intended css-cat to work, with the elemental stream
removed from it's PES header. This will generate crud output
if more than one type of elemental stream is selected.
Ver-0_7 Same as 0.6 but has a flag to force retaining of the PES header.
If more than one elemental stream is selected, it should
automatically retain the PES header. So far I've not tested
            this version.

I've just added the additional key that was posted in a quick hack fashion,
without tagging the code. So it's at the head of the tree. I'll do this
  properly later on.

Patches have been applied to use the OpenBSD headers, so maybe it'll
work.

There a some more keys included. It should now be able to decrypt
all titles currently on the market. I think the last two keys can
be removed. Someone with 'The Matrix' please test and get back to
me.

Mpeg audio streams should now be extractable when filtering, this is
untested.

It now copes with System headers in the Pack layer (those 0x000001bb
start codes).

The command line options have changed between the last version and
this one - pay attention.
