The new system, with up to six hot-swap hard drives and dual 933 MHz microprocessors, enables customers to put up to 5 terabytes of disk storage in a single rack.

The Relion 220 server also boasts dual PCI slots and dual hot-swap power supplies, providing expandability and unparalleled reliability. The new systems, designed for companies building their e-business infrastructures, can perform as Web, application, and database servers.

The Relion 220 server features two 933MHz Intel (R) Pentium III microprocessors, up to six 36 gigabyte hot-swap SCSI drives, dual hot-swap power supplies, and optional RAID -- combining large amounts of storage with maximum availability. Its two 64 bit/66 MHz PCI slots make it easy to add external storage, RAID controllers, or redundant Ethernet connections. It comes with Red Hat Linux 7.0 pre-installed.

Relion 220 systems are shipping today. All Relion 220 servers are built to order, with a wide variety of options available to tailor each system to a customer's Internet infrastructure needs. Pricing varies based on customer configuration with a starting price-point of $2,346.
