3.02 release announcement

A lot of water has passed under the bridge since 3.01 was released just over
a year ago, and the Hercules development team wasn't idle. Version 3.02 is
now ready, and I think you'll be pleased with it.

make Hercules what it is today: the best open-source IBM emulator around.
(Yes, it's the only one. So what?) This goes not just for the developers
named above, but all of the folks who have helped with it. This means you,
everyone who has downloaded it and put it through its paces. Without your
suggestions, testing, complaints, and hand grenades, we wouldn't know what
to do.
