AP - The Zenith Radio Corporation introduced five personal computers capable of running programs designed for the International Business Machines Corporation's Personal Computer. Three of Zenith's new computers are desktop models and the other two are portables. All can run more than 175 programs written for the I.B.M. Personal Computer without modification, Zenith said. Zenith, based in Glenview, Ill., said the five machines have internal memories capable of storing a minimum of 131,000 characters. The desktop models range in price from $2,699 to $4,799. Zenith said its portables are priced at $2,799 for the single disk- drive version and $3,199 for the dual- drive system.
