A couple items of note in the latest PC Magazine (first March issue).

OS/2 2.0 gets a tiny mention directly. OLE will be supported among
Windows applications, but it will not be supported with PM
applications (there are no OLE PM applications). Old news, of course.
It will be interesting to see how future Workplace Shell applications
utilize objects, however. In many ways it is conceptually beyond OLE.

Dvorak talks about OS/2 2.0 in his regular column. Zachmann does not.

There's a roundup of accelerated video adapters. ATI's Graphics
Vantage and Ultra get honorable mention (and work fine, thank you,
with OS/2). There's apparently going to be a substantial March 1
price drop on these products, so recheck your prices if ordering right
now. Interestingly one of the two Editor's Choices, the Diamond
Stealth VRAM (based on the S3 chip) claims Presentation Manager
compatibility. As always, check with the vendor, but this product
would be a nice choice if it worked with OS/2.
