The 2003 USENIX Annual Technical Conference June 9-14 in sunny San Antonio held a panel discussion on "...the intellectual property issues at the heart of the SCO vs. IBM case and its implications for Linux kernel developers and distributors."

The panel was led by Chris DiBona, a former Slashdot editor and founder of Damage Studios, a computer game company. The other panel members up on the dias were Jon "maddog" Hall, President of Linux International, and Don Marti, editor of Linux Journal.

A nice Usenix PR lady was kind enough to send us the link to the audio file of that discussion. Surely we all have a player that plays MP3.
