TSCOG effectively admits it has nothing.

In "SCO's Redacted Objections to Wells' Order & Appendix" [ http://www.groklaw.net/pdf/IBM-724-A.pdf ] (SCO GROUP INC. vs. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP.) TSCOG effectively admits that they have nothing.

Never did have anything.

Presumably never will.

At page 8 under I. Introduction, TSCOG states:

Executive Summary: TSCOG has no evidence of SYSV source code in Linux.

It's also interesting to note that in the Appendix A [ http://www.groklaw.net/pdf/IBM-724-A.pdf ], TSCOG consistently uses phrasing which, although confirming that TSCOG representatives had made specific statements, does nothing to substantiate whether or not the statements themselves were true or accurate.

Somewhat akin to saying "Yes, we made that statement, but no, we won't admit that we were lying through our teeth when we said it."
