This drop is a snapshot of our source tree from the beginning of this
week.

Get it from the same place you got the first alpha, but now it's in a
subdir 'alpha5'.

Major diffs from alpha4:

Introduction of GSS API interface (still very green code!)

Introduction of user-to-user authentication (also very green code!)

Some krb5 library routines renamed to be more intuitive

Some memory leaks found and fixed.

Other bug fixes of many varieties

----------------------------
The next release will be the Beta release, and will be the first
Kerberos 5 release to be available to the general public via anonymous
FTP. We are currently planning to make the release the Beta release of
Kerberos 5 available in the beginnning of June.

The Beta release will consist of the alpha 5 drop plus various bug
fixes. The GSS API code and the user to user code should also become
more stable (but will still be a bit more shaky than the rest of the
code.)
