I am running PC DecWindows (PCSA 3.0) on a 386. Despite having a 3
button mouse the server supports only two buttons. I would very much
like to be able to cut and paste with only the mouse in xterm, dxterm
etc. but how do I do this without a middle button? On the console of my
DS3100 I just select with the left button and then do a copy-paste with
the middle button. Can I assign a key to the middle button?

I have tried stuffing around with xmodmap, my .mwmrc (I'm using motif)
and my .Xdefaults to no avail.

Has anyone got any bright ideas?

Thanks!
