This situation is a case of the "Creditors" money being tied up by ONE greedy Finance Company, One Attorney that has tied up, ruined, and seriously stressed out the lives of hundreds of people and all for his own personal gain. The US Trustees "On their Watch" over this one have seriously failed. One Brilliant Woman, Stephanie Studebaker-DeYoung stepped out and told the story about what was really going on behind the scenes of this bankruptcy case and she suffered dearly for it. One Informed, Passionate and Honest voice among a pack of rabid greedy bloodsucking attorneys, well what you get it shut up, and the TRUTH gets a back burner.

The Thing is the Truth is the Truth and just Because Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance out of Oregon is a Bully, twists the Truth, Flat out Lies to the Real Estate Consumer and has more money and connections to fight then the Warrior of Light and Justice, Stephanie DeYoung.... that in NO WAY means he is on the right side of the Moral Compass or that what he is doing is Legal and of the Highest Fiduciary Duty.

In the Case of the Summit 1031 Bankruptcy, most Creditors seem to actually believe that Kevin Padrick, the Creditors Committee and the US Department of Justice Trustees are telling the truth, are doing right by the Real Estate Consumer (the Creditors) and they wait patiently for their money which may likely end up being pennies on the dollar. Meanwhile the Creditors, the Victims who lost their money in this bankruptcy, well they are busy hating the Owners of Summit 1031 and 99 percent of them seem HATE the Boys at Summit and therefore Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance and this Attorneys - Attorney David Aman of Tonkon Torp and all their Cronies are Sucking up Millions of Dollars and tons of assets as the Creditors are focused on the wrong "Bad Guy".
