ATI Technical Support receives a large number or inquiries regarding "driver support for LINUX".

Most of these "LINUX" questions are really about XFree86, a freeware implementation of the graphical X-Windows System that is bundled with many of the popular LINUX Distribution packages.

ATI Technical Support cannot answer questions about XFree86 features, compatibility, installation or configuration.

ATI-TV Tuner Products

ATI does not provide TV tuner software for the LINUX/XFree86 environment. Any tuner software available for this environment is developed within the LINUX/XFree86 community.

Support from the Linux Distributor

Some Linux vendors such as Caldera [ http://www.calderasystems.com/index.html ] and Red Hat [ http://www.redhat.com/ ] offer their own Technical Support services. Check the documentation you received when you purchased a Linux Distribution to determine whether Technical Support is available from the vendor.
