It is of course bad enough that AOL forces users to sit by while it dumps
stupid artwork on to their machines. I would gladly pay a surcharge to
avoid these stupid interruptions. But worse now, about 80% of the time
when I link using the TCP/IP connection, the downloading of the artwork
gets stuck. The only way to escape then is to force quit from AOL, which
about 50% of the time destroys my online database file, forcing me to
reinstall the program. Has anyone had this problem? I'm using a PPC 8100,
and all my software is current.
