OS/360 on Hercules: everything now works

The OS/360 on Hercules page has been updated with JCL and configuration file
changes needed to get HASP running. With those changes in place, everything
now works, as well as it probably ever did on the real iron. Note that the
machine memory size for the final system has been reduced from 16 MB to 8 MB
in order to work around an S305 ABEND in TSO logon processing.
