Can I install Oracle Database for OS/390 with Hercules ?

It should. If not, then there's something we need to fix.

It's definitely not supported; not only is OS/390 not supported on Hercules
(and may not be licensed for your use, either; check your license to make
sure), but I doubt the folks at Oracle have done much of anything with it
either.
