Hercules version 3.07 has been released. It is available now in source form,
as well as prebuilt binaries for Linux (RPMs for CentOS 4.8) and Mac OS X
(Tiger, Leopard, and Snow Leopard). The Windows prebuilt binaries, both 32-
and 64-bit, weill be available this weekend.
