Today, at the Electronic Book 98 conference sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg Maryland, NuvoMedia solidifies its support for standards in the emerging category of electronic books.

This month NuvoMedia launches the much anticipated Rocket eBook, an electronic book and distribution system which allows for the publishing and distribution, purchasing and reading of electronic books securely and efficiently over the world wide web via a network of online booksellers such as barnesandnoble.com
