Fixed a couple of dumb video4linux errors I made and also merged Ralphs current bttv driver into the kernel tree. It'll need a bit of testing before I let it out but providing I haven't broken all Ralphs good work it supports the newer chips as well as the BT848 (BT849/878/879).
